Liis Hiie

Liis is our Investment Associate who joined the team in 2022 as a new addition to the venture capital community.

She has a Master’s degree in Maths and Statistics from University of Tartu in Estonia and spent a year learning more in the field of Computer Science at Università di Pisa in Italy. She worked in the Estonian Biobank during her studies doing statistical analysis with metabolomics data.

Liis is based in Tallinn and besides the Estonian ecosystem covers also Latvia and the Nordics. But as she enjoys traveling very much, Liis is happy to meet enthusiastic founders all around Europe! Her strong analytical skills help her in evaluating cases and also supporting portfolio companies. She likes data-driven founders who have numbers to back them up.

All the free time Liis has, she spends with her friends and family.
