Taavi Lepmets

Taavi is a founder at heart, who’s been an entrepreneur for most of his working life. He is a co-founder of the Tallinn-based LHV Group and the person driving the launch of the first tech VC fund in the Baltics in 1999.

Taavi is currently based in Munich and as an EU enthusiast has lived also in Dublin, Luxembourg, and Stockholm. He is focusing on consumer-facing companies regardless of their geography.

He enjoys meeting incredible founders with tons of energy and optimism despite the challenging odds they work against. “Seeing them making progress is a great reason to get out of bed in the morning.”

Above anything else, Taavi enjoys his wonderful family and their small zoo at home. They try to spend time together traveling, sailing, and hiking in the Alps.
