Bahn Express, a Helsinki-based automotive logistics startup, has raised €5 million in a funding round led by node.vc, with participation from Trind Ventures, Innovestor, and a group of angel investors.
Bahn Express operates a digital logistics platform that connects car dealerships, leasing companies, and rental agencies with a network of professional drivers to move vehicles quickly and efficiently across Europe. By digitising and optimising what has traditionally been a fragmented and manual process, Bahn Express significantly reduces delivery times and operational costs for automotive partners.
Traditionally, moving vehicles across borders can take anywhere from 10 to 30 days. Bahn Express shortens this timeline to 2–5 days, helping dealerships and fleet operators turn inventory faster and respond more dynamically to market demand.
The newly raised funding will be used to accelerate expansion across key European markets, including Germany, Denmark, and Poland, while also strengthening the team at the company’s Helsinki headquarters. Bahn Express plans to continue investing in its technology platform to further improve routing efficiency, transparency, and scalability.
